What we collect

From clinics: clinic and staff details, doctors’ schedules, and the bookings and queue records created in Doctym. From patients who book online: name, mobile number and the appointment requested. From website visitors who contact us: the details they type into our forms.

How we use it

To run the booking and queue service, to verify mobile numbers with a one-time code on WhatsApp, to bill clinics, and to support them. We do not sell personal data or use patient data for advertising.

Who processes it

Data is stored in Amazon Web Services in India (Mumbai). Verification messages are delivered through our WhatsApp Business messaging provider and payments through our payment gateway. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Retention and your rights

Clinics control their records and can ask us to export or delete them. Patients can ask the clinic, or us, to correct or delete their booking details. Write to us through the contact page.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, staff access is role-based, and sign-in is protected by a managed identity service.
