Terms of service
Plain-language draft. It must be reviewed by a lawyer and completed with the company’s registered name and address before launch.
The service
Doctym provides online appointment booking, a live queue dashboard and a waiting-room display to clinics on a subscription basis. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the service until released.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian rupees, plus 18% GST. Free trials convert only when you choose a plan. We issue GST tax invoices for every payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are not refunded for the unused part unless required by law.
Clinic responsibilities
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its schedules, for how it uses patient information, and for keeping staff credentials safe. Doctym is a scheduling tool and is not a medical service; it must not be used for emergencies.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Hardware (such as LED panels) carries the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the quote.
Changes
We may update these terms; clinics will be told of material changes in advance.
